Cabin has been wanting me to do this for a very long time. Bake cupcakes in ice cream cones. Well today was the day. I just filled the cones with cupcake batter and voila! ice cream cone cupcakes. the pink one in the middle is a cupcake and a mini cupcake and frosted to look like ice cream. And with all the hot weather Kansas is having it is nice to have a cone that does not melt.
